Oily Skin

Oily skin appears thick and shiny and often is characterized by large pores and blackheads. The sebaceous glands that produce oil are over active in these individuals and therefore produce more oil than is needed. The pores are enlarged giving the skin a course rough look. Oily skin can be caused by a number of factors including heredity, diet, pregnancy, or even from the cosmetics you use.
