Vincenzo is an exceptional listener. The attention to detail in his work shows how he strives for perfection. Vincenzo is originally a photographer by trade and moved into hair cutting and colouring. He loves working with curly hair and provides great advice for textured locks.
Hair colouring comes to Jess as second nature. From her balayage techniques to her work with pairing amazing blonde tones for her clients. Jess’ communication skills brings her clients visions to life. With healthy hair as a top priority, Jess still finds the perfect balance for her long haired clients.
Jessica is our medispa expert! She works with each client specifically to produce result oriented services. Including laser hair removal, skin tightening and cellulite reduction, vasculyse treatments and a variety of result oriented facials. We also can’t forget to mention Jessica provides optimal pedicure and manicure services!
Yesy’s vision in the latest and progressive hair styles for men and women has always been a natural possession. Mens cutting is Yesy’s specialty, from skin fades to modern beard grooming, the work behind his chair speaks volumes and his clientele will vouch for that everyday! Yesy is also a musician by trade and provides music through his band/DJ service for wedding and events.
From the moment Sarah started her apprenticeship at Pino’s it was obvious that she possessed pure natural talent for hairstyling. From creating the most elegant styles of beach waves to ecliptic and free flowing styles, Sarah’s skills are building exponentially. Sarah’s balayage and colouring skills are beautifully refined and hold some of the best value in our salon.
Hannah is one of our colour tech prodigies with talent in a variety of fields. From relaxing scalp massages, to creating long beautiful hair extensions; you are sure to be left in trusted hands. Hannah has been working under Pino’s wing and has progressed through our apprenticeship program with flying colours!
Pino has long been recognized as a leader in the salon industry in our region. With over 45 years of experience behind the chair and as a salon and spa owner, Pino always has the best interest in his clients first! With his expertise in hair cutting to hair colouring and extensions his attention to detail and creating solutions for your hair while listening to his clients needs is his upmost priority.
From his apprenticeship in his hometown in southern Italy to working in the iconic fashion city of Milan, Pino is always growing and evolving his work with the ever-changing styles in beauty.
Nunzio Meleca has been one of Pino’s most devoted and loyal hairstylist in our salons’ brand and success. Also starting his craft in Italy and arriving in Canada around the same time as Pino, Nunzio’s precision cutting and attention to detail makes him regarded as one of Kitcheners best! With over 30 years of experience in hair cutting, colouring and perming, Nunzio loves specializing in women’s shorter cuts and has an eye for creating beautiful personalized modern bobs to suit each person.
Bruno’s creative spark came alive while working with his father (Pino) as a salon assistant. While attending hair shows and seminars with Pino and Nunzio he grew further in love with the industry. Currently with over 10 years of experience, Bruno gives the upmost care and personalization into his work for his clients. Specializing in the art of balayage and custom hand painting, Bruno’s vision of creating complimentary colours for his clients is his passion. Followed by numerous education avenues in cutting, Bruno regards his philosophy under the systems of Vidal Sassoon.
PRIVACY POLICY, Pino’s Salon & Medispa Inc.
TO: All customers, potential commercial contacts and other individuals involved commercially with Pino’s Salon & Spa Inc. (the “Corporation”)
As of January 1, 2004, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) applies to the Corporation. The legislation applies whenever “personal information”, as that term is defined in PIPEDA, is used for commercial purposes. To comply with PIPEDA, we have prepared this Privacy Policy and Plan which we intend to follow.
As a customer, you now have rights relating to a) the collection, b) the use of and c) the disclosure of what is termed “personal information”. The Corporation intends to in all respects follow the “Model Code” prepared by the Canadian Standards Association with respect to the treatment and handling of personal information. PIPEDA will be enforced by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. The Model Code details how you can lodge a complaint and the various steps to take. Should the Privacy Commissioner choose to conduct an investigation, we wish to assure you that everyone associated with Pino’s Salon & Spa will cooperate to the fullest extent possible.
We will also be taking measures to safeguard personal information, including keeping separate limited-access files and records (both manual and within our IT hierarchy/file structure), ensuring that the Privacy Officer will have primary control over and discretion within the Corporation regarding any consented-to collection, use or disclosure of personal information and other measures similar to those used for the protection of our own proprietary confidential information. Please be assured that only reception and management will have access to the bulk of personal information collected and that other staff will only be able to access your name and the services and products that appear on your client file.
Please also note that you are able to withdraw or withhold your consent at any time. We must, however, inform you that withholding or withdrawing consent may hamper or impair our ability to effectively provide service to you as a client. In keeping with the policies set down thus far by the Privacy Commissioner’s office, we are requesting that you actively grant your consent by completing the portion of this letter below and returning this portion to us by mail in the enclosed envelope or by fax transmission.

The potential candidate must provide warm and friendly service to clients, while being concise and efficient with salon and spa software. Highly developed multi-tasking skills are an absolute must. Receptionists are responsible for the first impression of each client who walks through the door; client care must be our first priority.
Responsibilities include:
Candidates must have customer service experience, and post-secondary education or equivalent. Administration experience is an asset. A friendly demeanour, and team oriented personality required.
The potential candidate must have an accredited certification from a recognized hair school, with a creative flair and an eye for the latest trends in hairstyling.
