As a customer, you now have rights relating to a) the collection, b) the use of and c) the disclosure of what is termed “personal information”. The Corporation intends to in all respects follow the “Model Code” prepared by the Canadian Standards Association with respect to the treatment and handling of personal information. Receptionists are responsible for the first impression of each client who walks through the door; client care must be our first priority.

The potential candidate must have an accredited certification from a recognized hair school, with a creative flair and an eye for the latest trends in hairstyling. We will ensure that our staff are trained and familiar with various assistive devices that they may have or that we provide on site that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our good or services.

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.

In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities, Pino’s Salon & Medispa will notify customers promptly. Training for Staff
Pino’s Salon & Medispa will provide accessible customer service training to employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf. Bruno Cherubino is a hairstylist at Pino’s and has been working in the hair industry for over 9 years. His creative spark came after working with his father (Pino) as a salon assistant. While attending hair shows and seminars with his father he grew further in love with the industry. He then went to school to proceed into his career through an apprentiship. A year after he enrolled in the Eufora Foundations 1 and 2 to further into advanced hair cutting. He currently cuts hair based on the Vidal Sassoon philosophy which he completed in Toronto in 2011.
Blogging and Photoshoots/Fashion Shows
Bruno is also one of the authors of our blog section in our website. He contributes to the blog with insightful information about the hair industry and helpful tips. Bruno loves challenging himself with work outside of the regular salon hours by doing photoshoots. Bruno and his photographer brother Vincenzo (aspiring hairstylist) team up together to create proposals on styles for the coming seasons. They also love to do some avant-garde looks for stepping outside the usually everyday styles.
Passions and Fun
Balayage is Bruno Cherubino’s main passion. Cherubino continues to create beautiful blends of colour week to week using the best techniques in the industry. He also uses a traditional “scissor over comb” style of cutting for mens cuts which creates the most ideal shape to compliment features.
Bruno enjoys watching and playing soccer on his free time. You can always catch the Pino’s salon team tuning in on the World Cup and other major soccer events in the colour room! He also loves hanging out with his cousins and friends and is a family person. Every year Bruno likes to give back to the less fortunate by providing free haircuts to the homeless/less fortunate during Christmas via Ray of Hope.
