The potential candidate must provide warm and friendly service to clients, while being concise and efficient with salon and spa software. Highly developed multi-tasking skills are an absolute must. Receptionists are responsible for the first impression of each client who walks through the door; client care must be our first priority.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attending to clients (whether it be hanging up a coat or serving a beverage)
  • Providing precise appointment information to both clients and staff
  • Maintaining systems for checking in clients and processing client sales
  • Accurately handling money


Candidates must have customer service experience, and post-secondary education or equivalent. Administration experience is an asset. A friendly demeanour, and team oriented personality required.
